This Privacy Policy describes how Laundri (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the “App”) for customers and laundry partners. The App is published under the package name com.autolaundry.app.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information we collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account information: mobile phone number, password (stored securely by our authentication provider), name, profile photo, and role (customer or partner).
• Order and service data: laundry service selections, order details, addresses or pickup/delivery preferences, order status, and related transaction information.
• Partner business information: business name, services, pricing, and business images provided by laundry partners.
• Location data: with your permission, device location to show nearby partners, distances, and to record partner business coordinates on the map.
• Chat and media: messages you send in order chat, and photos you choose to share from your camera or photo library.
• Push notification tokens: device tokens used to send order and chat notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Usage and technical data: app version, device type, and logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the App.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• Place, track, and fulfill laundry orders between customers and partners.
• Display partners on a map and calculate distances when location is enabled.
• Enable in-app chat and send push notifications about orders and messages.
• Process partner credits, earnings, and related business features.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We may share information:

• Between users: customers and partners involved in an order may see relevant profile, order, and chat information needed to complete the service.
• Service providers: we use trusted third parties to host data, authenticate users, deliver notifications, and operate the App, including Supabase (database and authentication) and Google Firebase (push messaging).
• Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data storage and security

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Permissions

The App may request device permissions, including:

• Location (while using the app): to find nearby partners and show distances.
• Camera and photos: for profile pictures and sharing images in chat.
• Notifications: for order updates and chat messages.

You can change or revoke permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without them.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
• Withdraw consent for location, notifications, or other permissions via device settings.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, where applicable by law.
